This 1700’s heirloom pumpkin variety is a dual purpose pumpkin and can be used for both Jack O’Lanterns and as a pie pumpkin. Though they grow to be 20-25 lbs, they still yield a thick, sweet, flesh which is excellent for cooking. Also perfect for animal feed!

Produced on our Homestead, these Connecticut Field Pumpkin seeds were grown from organic seeds, in the dirt, with some oak mulch on top - and watered with rain and well water! Nothing else!

❤❤ GROWING DIRECTIONS:

Plant 1-2" deep, 4-6" inches apart in rows 36-48"" apart. Thin (if desired) to 8-12" apart. Thrives best in 6-8 hours of full sun and in soils at least 70 in temp.
