Einkorn Pie Crust Rolls Directions:
Keep frozen until the night before you are ready to use, then place it in the fridge to come to fridge temp overnight.
Unroll the pie crust and remove the paper. Drape over a pie pan or dish of your choice and press to shape.
Pre-heat oven to 425°F and add filling to pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes and reduce the heat to 375°F. Bake for another 35 minutes until filling is fully baked according to filling directions. *Cover edges with foil when you reduce the heat, if desired.
