Fill them straight from the freezer and bake. Pair with a top crust if a double crust is desired.
Einkorn Pie Shells Directions:
Keep frozen until ready to fill. Pre-heat oven to 425°F and add filling to pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes and reduce the heat to 375°F. Bake for another 35 minutes until filling is fully baked according to filling directions. *Cover edges with foil when you reduce the heat, if desired.
