Einkorn Yeast Rolls Directions:
To Bake From Frozen: Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and remove einkorn rolls from the freezer. Remove all packaging, leaving the rolls in the pan, and set them on the counter next to the oven as it heats. Cover rolls with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and have an internal temperature of 185°F.
To Bake Thawed Rolls: Remove einkorn rolls from freezer and keep them in the bag as they thaw. Set at room temperature for about 1-2 hours. Remove bag and pre-heat oven to 350°F. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and have an internal temperature of 185°F.
