Frozen Einkorn Gingerbread Cookie Dough with Maple Syrup Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out dough on well floured surface until 1/4"-1/2" thick. The thicker the cookie, the softer the finished product. We roll to 1/4" thick for a perfectly firm, yet soft cookie.
Cut into desired shapes and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. If dough becomes too soft during use, re-chill in freezer until it becomes firm but not frozen.
Bake cookies 6-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Bake time will depend on size of the design. Allow to cool fully before adding icing.
