These gingersnaps have the perfect SNAP texture, with a deep molasses and cinnamon flavor the whole family will love!
Frozen Einkorn Gingersnap Cookie Dough Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spoon and shape heaping teaspoons of the well-chilled dough and roll in a bowl of sugar until well coated.
Place sugar coated dough balls about 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. If dough becomes too soft during use, re-chill in freezer until it becomes firm but not frozen.
Bake cookies 11 -12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool slightly (about 5 minutes). They will puff up when baking and then "fall" and crinkle with cooling. Loosen with spatula and enjoy!
