How many times have you seen the calculations on how much you could save if you cut coffee from your budget? A million times probably! But what if you want to save money without giving up coffee? Or maybe you don't even drink coffee!

Here are 5 ways to save money without cutting coffee from your budget. Follow these tips to save big without giving up your Pumpkin Spice Latte (or whatever your chosen caffeine hit).

How to Save Money Without Giving Up Coffee

Here are 5 ways to save money without cutting coffee from your budget. Follow these tips to save big without giving up your Pumpkin Spice Latte (or whatever your chosen caffeine hit).

1. Make a meal plan

This one is the very first thing you should do when you are trying to save money! This meal plan has allowed us to eat an all organic diet for less than $200 a month!

You can get my free meal planning tool here, or grab the full details here of what we did to save $15,000 last year without giving up anything!

Imagine how many cups of coffee you could buy with that savings.

2. Buy frozen instead of fresh

Did you know that you can get many of your favorite produce items for less if you buy frozen? Yep! Those $6-per-pound organic strawberries can be gotten for much less if you buy them frozen instead. I regularly grab a pound of organic frozen strawberries for less that $2.

That's a $4 savings on one item... I'd say that pays for your latte right there!

3. Take your lunch instead of buying

I know it's far easier to just grab lunch from the local restaurant instead of packing one. But the reality is that is saves BIG BUCKS to take a homemade lunch instead of buying one.

A purchased lunch is between $10-15, whereas a home packed lunch can be made with the best ingredients for less than $2!

Saving you up to 87%... and all that extra money can go into savings. Because there's no way you'll be able to spend all this extra cash on just coffee!

4. Carpool with a co-worker

The joys of carpooling have been talked about for many years. Save the environment, get to know a co-worker, and so on...

But the bottom line that you should look at here is the padding in your account! Depending on how long your commute is, splitting the cost of gas can save you a bundle.

5. Save money on breakfast

When you stop to get your morning fix, you might be tempted to grab a pastry to go with it. Instead, pocket the extra few bucks and make these $0.25 organic granola bars for breakfast!

Any way you look at it, cutting coffee isn't the only way to save money. Keep your caffeine habits intact and save money in other ways!
