Almond Flour Pizza Crust

This quick and easy gluten free pizza crust is made with almond flour. It can be made in a cast iron skillet or on a baking sheet.

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. Roll out the dough onto a baking sheet with parchment, or press it into a large cast iron skillet.

  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edge are golden brown.

  5. Add the sauce, cheese, and toppings.

  6. Bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Recipe Notes

* Be careful with a cast iron skillet when you take it out of the oven. It'll be hot!
* I like to cook my toppings before putting them on the pizza, to avoid a soggy pizza.
