Einkorn Banana Bread Muffins

bananas

einkorn flour
(or any wheat)
1/3
cup
melted butter
1/4
cup
honey or maple syrup

egg

vanilla

baking soda

Instructions
Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a fork or potato masher. Blend bananas only until well mashed.
Add the flour first and mix together well. Mix in remaining ingredients until well combined.
Add liners or grease muffin tin. Fill each cavity 3/4 of the way full.
Bake muffins at 350° F for 25-30 minutes, or until a clean toothpick is achieved.
Notes
You can freeze these muffins for up to 6 months and thaw to room temperature or heat from frozen in the oven.
