All Natural Rainbow Popsicles

These all natural rainbow popsicles are made with cranapple, white grape, and strawberry kiwi fruit juice.

Equipment

  • popsicle molds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup cranapple juice
  • 1 cup strawberry kiwi juice

Instructions

  • Fill each ice-pop mold 1/4 of the way full with cranapple juice.  Let rest upright in the freezer for about an hour.   
  • Pour the grape juice above the cranapple layer.  Fill until the mold is 1/2 of the way full.  Place upright in the freezer for about an hour.
  • Pour the strawberry kiwi juice above the grape juice layer until the mold is only 3/4 of the way full. Be sure to not overfill them!
  • Push the stick all the way through all the layers and place the molds in the freezer for at least an hour.
