Ingredients

butter, melted

unsweetened cacao (or cocoa) powder

all-purpose flour (we use einkorn)

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a mixing bowl until the batter is smooth and even.
Pour batter into a greased 9×13" pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly across the top of the batter.
Bake until edges are firm, and center is just set – about 25-27 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cool for about 15 minutes before cutting.
Serve plain, or with vanilla ice cream!
