Harry Potter Cockroach Clusters
Harry Potter cockroach clusters may sound disgusting, but with one little change they become a delicious treat! We opted to replace the cockroaches with pecans and the results were magical!
Ingredients
- 1 bag Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 pound Whole Pecan Halves
- Chocolate Candy Bar Mold
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Spoon about a teaspoon of chocolate into base of candy mold.
- While chocolate is still hot, press 2 pecan halves into the chocolate, flat side of pecans facing up.
- Place molds in the fridge until firm, then pop the chocolate out and store.
Notes
In an air tight container, these candies will store for 2-3 days at room temperature or 2 weeks in the fridge.
