Almond Butter Biscuits
These homemade almond butter biscuits make for a keto-friendly and (low carb) breakfast! This recipe is gluten and dairy-free, and goes great with many jams and jellies.

Ingredients

almond butter (1 cup minus 2 tbsp)

eggs, beaten

tsp
baking powder (we use homemade)
dash
of salt
Instructions
Add dry ingredients to almond butter and mix well.
Add the beaten eggs and mix until well combined.
Pre-heat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
Section out dough into 10 balls and flatten onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until brown and firm on the top.
Allow to cool slightly before moving, store in an air tight container for up to a week!
