For the "Filling"

For the "Crumble"

all-purpose flour (120g)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine dry filling ingredients in a large bowl.
Slice peaches directly into the bowl and toss to coat.
Combine crumble ingredients (except the butter) in a small bowl. Add egg and mix well with fingers until a dough forms.
Add peaches to a medium-sized baking dish. Spoon the topping over the peaches.
Slice butter into 12-15 pieces and space them evenly on top of the crumble.
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
Allow to set for about 30 minutes before serving. Top with ice cream, if desired, and enjoy!
