This peach crumble captures all the flavors of a traditional peach cobbler, but you can have it in the oven in about 5 minutes! No box mixes, just real, from-scratch cooking in a hurry.
Peach cobbler is one of my favorite spring/summer desserts. It's fresh, it's simple, and it's perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. But there's not always time to whip up a full peach cobbler with that delicious flaky crust...
So I came up with an alternative. During a busy day while my in-laws were visiting, I had a craving for homemade peach cobbler... but with family visiting and a tiny newborn, I knew that was a pipe-dream!
However, with just a few minutes of effort though, I was able to pull together all the best parts of peach cobbler with a fraction of the work.
5 Minute Peach Crumble
Fortunately when my in-laws came they brought a ton of peaches with them so I didn't have to look too far for that crucial ingredient.
But beyond that, I knew I didn't want to use a box mix for the crumble. Instead I used a simple (but whoa golly delicious) mix of flour, butter, sugar, and eggs.
It came together quickly, baked just as fast, and was gone within an hour from start to finish! Now that's a fast dessert!
This recipe is so crazy easy that I make it all the time now! P.S. It works with other fruits as well!

That’s the dream! My husband’s aunt had 3 HUGE peach trees in her backyard that yielded so many peaches every year… then one day she completely cut them down! I was SO SAD!!

Can I use whole wheat Einkorn flour for this peach crumble?

Absolutely!
