We eat bacon and eggs for breakfast every morning these days since we have dozens of eggs coming on from our hens each afternoon! For a while it was oatmeal, but we are (for now) attempting to cut down on starches.

Usually, we enjoy our favorite power breakfast of Bacon, Eggs, Spinach, and Cheese in a nice scramble… but even your favorite things get old if you have them every day.

So, I started looking into other ways to eat bacon and eggs for breakfast. Surprisingly I found quite a few choices! And of course, I knew I had to share!

25 Ways to Eat Bacon and Eggs

You’ll notice that these 25 recipes are broken down into sections so that you can avoid gluten if necessary. I know that makes it easier on me, and with any luck, it’s easier for you that way too!

Just Protein and Veggies Egg Dishes

Perfect for a keto diet, most of these dishes can be made ahead and frozen (minus any recipes with avocado). While avocado freezes well on its own, it doesn’t freeze well inside a recipe or mixed with other ingredients!

Bacon and Eggs with Some Type of Bread

Note: If you keep an einkorn-only kitchen like we do, you can substitute any bread products in the recipes below for einkorn yeast rolls, einkorn biscuits, einkorn pie crust, or einkorn sandwich bread!

Just like the low-carb options in the section above, these recipes can also be made ahead and frozen. When you’re ready to eat them, just pop them in a cold oven and pre-heat to 350°. When the oven is preheated, check the food! It’s usually ready to eat at that point, but it may need a few more minutes.
