Instructions on Use
1. Open the downloaded file in Excel (or similar program, Google Sheets works too).
2. Add your meals in the left hand column.
3. Change START DATE to your desired start date for that meal plan (format MM / DD / YYY).
4. Save to your computer.
5. Print! The sheet is already formatted to only print the meal plan and the rest stays hidden!
