Over a decade ago, we made the commitment to make “everything” from scratch. So, I started making homemade bread, meatloaf, freezer pizzas, our favorite desserts, and more… But it didn’t take long to realize that in order to actually be free of all the filler ingredients, natural flavors, and seed oils often found in store-bought “staples”, I was going to have to even make those myself!
Maybe you’re in the same boat. Well, let me save you some time and share with you all that I’ve learned over the years! While this isn’t an exhaustive list, it’s a great place to start making your own staples!
